Summer
The classic experience. Ride our shuttle the 11 kilometres into the park, leaving civilization behind with every bump in the road.
From the steps of the historic Lodge, you meet the alpine. Shimmering, crystalline lakes. Dizzying, near-vertical limestone cliffs. Commanding views rich with wildlife. The backcountry stretches in every direction and urges you forward. Spend your days among it all, hiking, climbing, exploring, or relaxing before reconvening back at the Lodge, where your stay includes all the creature comforts needed to recharge. When you’re ready to sit fireside, soak in the clawfoot tub, or nourish yourself with handcrafted fare inspired by life in the backcountry, just step through the doors.
Nestled deep into the backcountry of one of Canada’s most prized National Parks, our original 1920s Lodge and cabins sit on the edge of Lake O’Hara’s turquoise waters—and at the trailhead of one of the finest networks of alpine trails on any map.
